At DoLi Pet, we want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For any unused product, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. Simply contact our customer service and we will provide you with a return  instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund or exchange the item for a different product, depending on your preference. Please note, we will not cover the shipping fee to our office if the product itself is not faulty.
